My journey: From struggling to meet the demands of everyday life to thriving

For over a decade, I got to live out a dream—working as a Nutrition Lecturer and Researcher at Deakin University, co-authoring scientific papers, and building a career I was genuinely proud of. I loved every bit of it.

Then I became a mother, and everything I thought I knew about balance was turned upside down. My focus shifted, my energy disappeared, and somewhere in the beautiful chaos of caring for my children, I lost touch with caring for myself. I remember feeling so depleted—like I was just trying to keep my head above water, wondering why something that should have felt so natural felt so hard. I was searching for answers I couldn't quite find.

Looking back, that season of struggle became one of the most important turning points of my life. It pushed me to finally turn inward and ask what my own body needed. I spent the next five years immersed in functional and ancestral nutrition, and in health, wellness, and spiritual principles—not just studying them, but living them, and slowly, gently finding my way back to feeling like myself again.

Through that process, I came to understand something so many women carry quietly: we give so much of ourselves away in caring for others that there's little energy left for us. But I learned, in the deepest way, that real vitality—the kind that shows up in how we mother, work, and live—has to begin with nourishing ourselves first.

That's why I do this work today. My heart is to help women come home to their body's wisdom, honour what makes them beautifully unique, and care for themselves without an ounce of guilt. Through personalised coaching, one-on-one consultations, workshops, and a warm online community, I get to walk alongside women as they reclaim their energy, ease their burnout, and step into the fullest, most vibrant version of themselves.
