The Initial Consultation is your first step towards understanding your Foundational Health status. Our team will evaluate your current diet, thoroughly review your Health History, and ask you to complete an online Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ). The NAQ examines all the early warning signs and symptoms you might be experiencing, which we can then trace back to underlying foundational organ system dysfunction.

During our meeting, we'll discuss the findings from these assessments and outline initial recommendations to help you start addressing your health concerns. This initial consultation includes a 1-1.5 hour meeting, the required analysis, and documented findings.

The Introduction includes:

* Introductory education on strategic changes based on your health history and NAQ results

* Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ)

* Q&A session related to your health issues
